Our consulting agency client is looking for a CRM Strategist to join their team for 6-12 months. You will be working on a QSR account- so that past experience is needed! This will be 40 hours per week, remote.

Responsibilities:

• developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention.
• leveraging customer data to create targeted marketing campaigns.
• optimizing the customer experience.
• collaborating with various teams to achieve business goals.
• monitoring campaign performance, as well as managing the client's CRM platform.
• Analyzing customer behavior through data analysis and feedback mechanisms to identify trends and opportunities.
• developing, executing, and optimizing targeted marketing campaigns, including personalized communication strategies.
