We are seeking a skilled Millwright Foreman to lead a team in construction projects related to wastewater systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reading drawings, setting up the team, and completing pipe work with PVC and stainless steel for pumphouse projects. This role involves installing pumps, motors, blowers, and rigging large process pipe installations.

The main site is located in Brantford, focusing on industrial and institutional construction for government projects. Work involves retrofits and new constructions of water and wastewater treatment plants, predominantly outdoors on construction sites. Expect exposure to year-round weather conditions, loud noises, and machinery. The standard shift is Monday to Friday from 7 : 00am to 4 : 00pm, with overtime available after 44 hours. Work sites include Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, Guelph, Niagara, and Orangeville. The environment can be messy, wet, and cold, with potential for dirty conditions.
