MaintainX is seeking an Expansion Account Executive, Mid-Market to drive growth with mid-size clients. You will own a portfolio from post-sale handoff through renewal and expansion, craft solutions, and demonstrate value through tailored product demos.

The role emphasizes customer success, long-term partnerships, and data-driven decision making. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in B2B sales, proven expansion success, and strong presentation and stakeholder-management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of sales experience, with mid-market/account management exposure.
• Proven ability to expand client accounts and grow revenue in B2B sales.

Responsibilities

• Own a book of business from post-sale through renewal and expansion.
• Identify expansion opportunities and build long-term partnerships.
• Proactively identify customer needs and deliver innovative solutions.
• Lead product demonstrations and quarterly business reviews with clients.
• Manage multiple requests, demos, proposals and follow-ups with discipline.
• Master Salesforce, Outreach and related tools to forecast opportunities.
