Job summary

Softchoice is seeking a Microsoft Frontier Technical Skilling Advisor to lead enablement programs and governance across sales, solution architecture, and delivery teams. You will coordinate training, track compliance, publish leader updates, and provide actionable reporting to leaders.

You will collaborate with Microsoft and internal stakeholders to strengthen readiness, drive engagement, and support Frontier priorities, including managing portals, calendars, and session materials.

Qualifications

• Three or more years in enablement, learning, certification, partner, or technical-readiness programs.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs with internal teams and external partners, preferably in the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Knowledge of Microsoft partner programs, Partner Center, Microsoft Learn, certifications, badges, designations, and compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with SharePoint, Teams, Loop, and Microsoft 365 tools for content, communication, and collaboration.
• Experience maintaining SharePoint sites or portals, including content, updates, governance, accuracy, and accessibility.
• Knowledge of Microsoft cloud, AI, security, and business applications solutions and related learning paths.
• Strong program management, reporting, documentation, governance, and risk-management skills.
• Experience tracking participation, certifications, badges, compliance, and proof of execution.
• Ability to turn data into clear, actionable updates for employees and leaders.
• Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Strong relationship-building, attention to detail, and ability to manage changing priorities.
• Commitment to continuous learning and maintaining relevant Microsoft knowledge and credentials.

Responsibilities

• Lead programs, governance, communications, and reporting to keep Softchoice and WWT teams ready to sell and deliver Microsoft solutions.
• Coordinate training and certification activities across sales, solution architecture, and delivery teams; monitor progress against Microsoft partner requirements.
• Provide leaders with clear, actionable reporting.
• Collaborate with Microsoft, internal leaders, Learning & Development, and technical stakeholders to strengthen readiness.
• Publish weekly leaderboards and manager updates communicating participation, progress, risks, and gaps.
• Maintain ongoing communications with Softchoice, WWT, and Microsoft leaders, adapting enablement plans based on feedback.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to increase adoption and engagement.
• Provide access to Microsoft learning resources, certification opportunities, and product updates.
• Maintain the Microsoft Vendor Portal and Loop page, ensuring accuracy and alignment with Softchoice brand standards.
• Support enablement governance, communications planning, and alignment with the Microsoft Practice.
• Maintain audit-ready proof of execution, including training calendars, session recordings, workshop decks, and attendee lists.
