Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, finance or related field in program management, process management, process improvement.
• Master's degree in related field; or 7+ years of equivalent experience.
• 10+ years in project/program management and process improvement.
• PgMP or PMP certification.
• Microsoft Certified Professional with two active certifications in Microsoft 365, Azure, AI, Security, Data, or related areas.
• Demonstrates strong problem‑solving and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and orchestrate programs to support GTM strategy through MCI funding and Azure Marketplace.
• Build framework for identifying, qualifying, prioritizing, tracking MCI-funded engagements.
• Capture reporting requirements to measure funding utilization, compliance, marketplace performance.
• Manage MCI nominations, approvals, milestones, proof of execution, claims, and documentation.
• Build program for Microsoft-aligned professional services and solutions via Azure Marketplace.
• Develop sales enablement assets, playbooks, and communications for funding and Azure Marketplace options.
• Align sales, services, finance, operations, marketing, offer owners, tech teams, and Microsoft stakeholders.
