Job summary

Softchoice, a World Wide Technology company, is seeking an experienced Enablement Program Manager to lead Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) enablement engagements in Canada. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage schedules, and report progress to leadership across Softchoice, WWT, and Microsoft.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in program or partner enablement within Microsoft technology programs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) or comparable customer enablement programs.
• Experience coordinating programs involving multiple internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage schedules, documentation, and reporting cycles.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting progress updates to leadership.
• Experience collaborating with Technical Architects or delivery teams is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Follow established CIE standard operating procedures from opportunity identification through delivery and hand‑off to Technical Solution Architects.
• Follow established governance for creating, delivering, managing, and following up on CIE engagements.
• Coordinate the train‑the‑trainer enablement schedule across facilitators and technical teams.
• Monitor and confirm schedules for CIES deliveries, maintaining a calendar.
• Monitor and follow up with Technical Solution Architects to ensure a seamless transition from CIE delivery to solution design.
• Support Program Lead with reporting details for leadership.
• Monitor program performance and raise risks or gaps to Program Lead.
• Maintain a centralized repository of approved CIE materials, recordings, facilitator resources, customer‑facing content, and proof‑of‑execution documentation.
