Job summary

Softchoice, a World Wide Technology company, seeks a skilled Enablement Program Manager to lead Microsoft CIE engagements from opportunity through delivery, coordinating cross‑functional teams including facilitators, architects, and delivery engineers.

You will support leadership reporting, track program performance, and maintain centralized repositories of CIE materials and evidence of execution, contributing to customer success and strategic partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years in program or partner enablement within Microsoft tech programs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) or similar programs.
• Experience coordinating programs with multiple internal teams and external partners.
• Excellent organizational skills for schedules, documentation, and reporting cycles.

Responsibilities

• Follow CIE SOPs from opportunity through delivery and hand-off to Technical Solution Architects.
• Governance: create, deliver, manage, and follow up on CIE engagements.
• Coordinate train-the-trainer enablement schedule across teams.
• Monitor CIE deliveries and ensure smooth transition to solution design.
• Assist Program Lead with leadership reporting and risk/gap identification.

A CIE provides a deliberate path from opportunity to delivery, aligning customer needs, sales objectives, and desired outcomes across licensing and professional services.

The Microsoft Frontier CIE Enablement Program Manager will adhere to the program’s standard operating procedures and governance for creating, delivering, managing, and following up on CIE engagements, including hand‑offs to Technical Solution Architects. The role will also coordinate and manage the train‑the‑trainer enablement calendar.

The role requires cross‑functional collaboration with facilitators, technical architects, and delivery engineers, as well as leadership reporting across Softchoice, WWT, and Microsoft.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow established CIE standard operating procedures from opportunity identification through delivery and hand‑off to Technical Solution Architects.
• Follow established governance for creating, delivering, managing, and following up on CIE engagements.
• Coordinate the train‑the‑trainer enablement schedule across facilitators and technical teams.
• Monitor and confirm schedules for CIES deliveries, maintaining a calendar
• Monitor and follow up with Technical Solution Architects to ensure a seamless transition from CIE delivery to solution design.
• Support Program Lead (Nolan) with reporting details for leadership (Microsoft and WWT).
• Monitor program performance and raise risks or gaps to Program Lead (Nolan).
• Maintain a centralized repository of approved CIE materials, recordings, facilitator resources, customer‑facing content, and proof‑of‑execution documentation.

• Customer satisfaction and feedback scores reporting and tracking.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in program or partner enablement within Microsoft technology programs.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Customer Immersion Experience (CIE) or comparable customer enablement programs.
• Experience coordinating programs involving multiple internal teams and external partners
• Excellent organizational skills, with demonstrated ability to manage schedules, documentation, and reporting cycles.
• Strong communication skills and confidence presenting progress updates to leadership.
• Experience collaborating with Technical Architects or delivery teams is an asset.
