Job summary

Insight Canada is seeking a Microsoft 365 Adoption & Change Management Consultant to join its Adoption & Change Management team and collaborate closely with Modern Workplace specialists. You will help clients prepare their people for technology-enabled change and achieve sustained adoption of solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and other Microsoft 365 apps.

Working across multiple client engagements, you will translate technical changes into clear user

Qualifications

Experience in client-facing consulting or adoption/change management.
Ability to lead workshops and present to diverse audiences.
Strong organization and writing skills for communications.
Willingness to travel to client locations as needed.

Responsibilities

Provide support and guidance on Adoption and Change Management.
Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, audiences, readiness, risks, and adoption barriers.
Define success measures and use feedback, usage insights, and adoption indicators to refine the approach.
Translate technical changes into practical messages for business users.
Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops, executive briefings, train-the-trainer sessions, and end-user training.
Support Copilot and AI adoption through use-case discovery and reinforcement activities.
Manage deliverables, timelines, risks, and client communications across projects.
Collaborate with project management, technical delivery, and ACM consultants.
