Job summary

Insight Canada is seeking a Microsoft 365 Adoption & Change Management Consultant to join our Adoption & Change Management team in a hybrid Calgary role. You will translate changes into user impacts, lead discovery with clients, and develop adoption plans and learning content for MS 365 apps, including Copilot and Purview.

Travel to client sites will be required as engagements vary. As a Consultant II, you will collaborate with Modern Workplace specialists, facilitate workshops, and guide

• Translate technical changes into practical messages for business users.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops and end-user training.
• Support Copilot and AI adoption through use-case discovery and reinforcement activities.
• Manage deliverables, timelines, risks, and client communications across projects.
• Collaborate with project management, technical delivery, and other ACM consultants.

About the role

We’reseeking a Microsoft 365 Adoption & Change Management Consultant to join Insight Canada’s Adoption & Change Management team and collaborate closely with our Modern Workplace specialists.You will help clients prepare their people for technology-enabled change and achieve sustained adoption of solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and other Microsoft 365 applications.Working across multiple client engagements, you will translate technical changes into clear user impacts, lead discovery and stakeholder activities, develop adoption and communications plans, create learning content, andfacilitateuser enablement sessions. Projects may include cloud migrations, Copilot deployments, SharePoint information architecture initiatives, and security or compliance programs.

As a Consultant II you will:

• Providesupport and guidance to our clients around Adoption and Change Management
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, audiences, readiness, risks, and adoption barriers
• Definesuccess measures and using feedback, usage insights, and adoption indicators to refine the approach
• Translatetechnical changes into practical messages and experiences for business users
• Facilitatevirtual and in-person workshops, executive briefings, train-the-trainer sessions, and end-user training
• Support Copilot and AI adoption through use-case discovery, responsible-use guidance, champions programs, and reinforcement activities
• Manageassigned deliverables, timelines, risks, and client communications across concurrent projects
• Collaboratewith project management, technical delivery, and other ACM consultants
• Skill up in areas where we have a need

Whatwe’relooking for
