Job summary

Convergence Networks is seeking a Training and Adoption Specialist in Winnipeg, Canada, to enable successful Microsoft 365 adoption and Copilot readiness across client environments.

The role focuses on user enablement, change support, and designing engaging learning experiences for diverse audiences, from leadership to front-line users. A 2–5+ year background in tech training is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 2–5+ years in training, enablement, adoption, change management, or customer success in tech.
• Experience delivering training on Microsoft 365 apps (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Planner, Loop, Copilot).

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver end-user and administrator training on Microsoft 365 tools.
• Facilitate live and virtual training sessions, workshops, and on-demand modules.
• Create adoption plans, communications, champion programs, and post-deployment reinforcement.
• Support change management efforts and track adoption metrics.
• Coach users on Copilot readiness, safe AI practices, and governance.
• Collaborate with project teams to embed training into delivery.
