Insight Canada is seeking a Microsoft 365 Adoption & Change Management Consultant to join our Adoption & Change Management team in a hybrid role based in Toronto. We’re seeking a Microsoft 365 Adoption & Change Management Consultant to join Insight Canada’s Adoption & Change Management team and collaborate closely with our Modern Workplace specialists. You will help clients prepare their people for technology-enabled change and achieve sustained adoption of solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and other Microsoft 365 applications. Working across multiple client engagements, you will translate technical changes into clear user impacts, lead discovery and stakeholder activities, develop adoption and communications plans, create learning content, and facilitate user enablement sessions. Projects may include cloud migrations, Copilot deployments, SharePoint information architecture initiatives, and security or compliance programs.
