Job summary

Insight Canada is seeking a Microsoft 365 Adoption & Change Management Consultant to join our Adoption & Change Management team in a hybrid role based in Toronto. You will collaborate with Modern Workplace specialists to prepare client teams for technology-enabled change and drive sustained adoption of Microsoft 365 tools including Copilot, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, and Exchange.

Location: This is a hybrid position based in a major Canadian city, such as Calgary, the Greater Toronto Area (GTA), or Vancouver. The role requires regular in-person work at client offices. Travel time to client sites will vary depending on the engagement and location.

About the role

We’re seeking a Microsoft 365 Adoption & Change Management Consultant to join Insight Canada’s Adoption & Change Management team and collaborate closely with our Modern Workplace specialists. You will help clients prepare their people for technology-enabled change and achieve sustained adoption of solutions such as Microsoft Copilot, Purview, SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, and other Microsoft 365 applications. Working across multiple client engagements, you will translate technical changes into clear user impacts, lead discovery and stakeholder activities, develop adoption and communications plans, create learning content, and facilitate user enablement sessions. Projects may include cloud migrations, Copilot deployments, SharePoint information architecture initiatives, and security or compliance programs.

As a Consultant II you will:

• Provide support and guidance to our clients around Adoption and Change Management
• Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, audiences, readiness, risks, and adoption barriers
• Define success measures and using feedback, usage insights, and adoption indicators to refine the approach
• Translate technical changes into practical messages and experiences for business users
• Facilitate virtual and in-person workshops, executive briefings, train-the-trainer sessions, and end-user training
• Support Copilot and AI adoption through use‑case discovery, responsible‑use guidance, champions programs, and reinforcement activities
• Manage assigned deliverables, timelines, risks, and client communications across concurrent projects
• Collaborate with project management, technical delivery, and other ACM consultants
• Skill up in areas where we have a need

What we’re looking for

Core requirements:

• You have experience in client-facing consulting, adoption and change management, or a related field
• You’re comfortable leading workshops, presenting to a range of audiences, and building trusted client relationships
• You can independently manage deliverables, priorities, and deadlines across multiple client projects
• You have experience creating polished, audience-focused communications, presentations, and learning materials
• You can translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical messages that connect technology with business and user needs
• You have strong organization, prioritization, writing, and verbal communication skills
• You’re willing and able to work at client locations and travel based on the needs of each engagement

Standout candidates will also bring:

• You have experience driving AI adoption and helping organizations build confidence, capability, and sustained use of AI‑enabled tools
• You’ve worked in a consulting environment where you managed and delivered multiple client projects or workstreams at the same time
• You have technical writing experience and can turn complex concepts into clear, practical, and audience‑friendly communications and documentation
• You have instructional design experience creating compelling, learner‑focused training content and supporting materials
• You have facilitated engaging user enablement sessions for Microsoft Copilot, Microsoft 365 apps, SharePoint, OneDrive, sensitivity labels, and data loss prevention (DLP) policies
