Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH is seeking an experienced aircraft maintenance professional to join our team in Canada. The role requires a college degree in aircraft maintenance and a minimum of five years of aviation experience.

Fluency in French and English is essential, and familiarity with SAP, Macpac, Quicksilver and Challenger products is a plus. You will troubleshoot mechanical systems, write test procedures, and review engineering requirements while planning and implementing changes in

Qualifications

• College degree in aircraft maintenance or equivalent.
• Minimum of five (5) years of relevant aviation experience.
• Bilingualism (French & English) is essential.
• Solid knowledge of aircraft mechanical systems and safety standards.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in solving problems related to mechanical systems (troubleshooting).
• Write functional test procedures for various mechanical systems and identify required tools.
• Review and incorporate engineering requirements into production plans.
• Plan and implement changes in production processes.
• Support and optimize daily production operations to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Investigate technical issues and provide solutions for aircraft from preflight to delivery to the customer.
• Answer technical questions from Methods, Quality and Production departments.

What are your contributions to the team?

• Participate actively in solving problems related to mechanical systems (troubleshooting).
