MODERN IMAGE EXTERIORS LTD is seeking skilled Exterior Cladding & Architectural Panel Installers to join our construction teams. The role focuses on metal cladding systems, Hardie board siding, soffit, fascia, and downspouts, with emphasis on safety and quality workmanship.
Ideal candidates will be detail-oriented, able to read blueprints, measure accurately, and install diverse cladding materials on varied exteriors.
Qualifications
- Experience installing exterior cladding systems including ACM and metal panels.
- Ability to install Hardie board siding and soffit/fascia components.
- Skilled in flashing and waterproofing to seal building envelopes.
- Strong attention to safety and detail on high-elevation work.

Job description
We are looking for Exterior Cladding & Architectural Panel Installers with a strong background in the installation of metal cladding systems, Hardie board, soffit, fascia, and downspouts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to deliver high-quality workmanship on every project.
- Install various exterior cladding systems, including aluminum composite panels (ACM), corrugated panels, standing seam panels, and custom sheet metal
- Install Hardie board siding (lap siding, panel siding, and trim systems)
- Install soffit, fascia, and downspout systems with precision and attention to detail
- Perform flashing and waterproofing to ensure the building envelope is properly sealed
- Measure, cut, and fit panels, soffit, and trim pieces accurately according to blueprints and specifications
- Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialty equipment safely
- Work at heights using scaffolding, ladders, lifts, and other access equipment
- Collaborate with site supervisors, other trades, and team members to complete projects on time
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Follow all safety guidelines and company policies
