Position Overview

We are looking for Exterior Cladding & Architectural Panel Installers with a strong background in the installation of metal cladding systems, Hardie board, soffit, fascia, and downspouts. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to deliver high-quality workmanship on every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Install various exterior cladding systems, including aluminum composite panels (ACM), corrugated panels, standing seam panels, and custom sheet metal.
• Install Hardie board siding (lap siding, panel siding, and trim systems).
• Install soffit, fascia, and downspout systems with precision and attention to detail.
• Perform flashing and waterproofing to ensure the building envelope is properly sealed.
• Measure, cut, and fit panels, soffit, and trim pieces accurately according to blueprints and specifications.
• Operate hand tools, power tools, and specialty equipment safely.
• Work at heights using scaffolding, ladders, lifts, and other access equipment.
• Collaborate with site supervisors, other trades, and team members to complete projects on time.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site.
• Follow all safety guidelines and company policies.
