Qualifications

Job Overview:

This opportunity is for fresh graduates or graduates with less than 1-year experience. You will play a critical role in building financial models, financial statements analysis, and assisting the Director in evaluating M&A opportunities. A successful candidate is expected to have a high degree of attention to detail, initiative to execute assignments, and remain open to new responsibilities within the Corporate Development Team. The role is unique as you will be engaged in deal origination, closing to integration planning, and subsequent operations of the target company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial modeling and financial statement analysis of target companies
