Job summary

The Merchandising Data Operations Supervisor at T&T Supermarket Inc. leads the daily activities of the Merchandising Data Team, ensuring SAP product data is accurate and timely. You will guide the team, review data maintenance work, and resolve data issues to support store operations.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, 1 year of data or merchandising experience, strong SAP and Excel skills, and excellent communication in English. Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in product data management, merchandising administration, retail administration, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, including data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an asset.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Manager, the Merchandising Data Operations Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of the Merchandising Data Team and ensuring product and related data in SAP is maintained accurately and on time. The role provides day-to-day guidance to team members, reviews data maintenance work, and supports the resolution of data issues.

You Will

You Should Have / Be

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and completeness.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Good communication, teamwork, and problem‑solving skills.
• Experience leading, training, or providing guidance to team members is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an asset.

Shift

5‑day work week (Monday to Friday), 9:00am – 5:30pm (Actual working hours may vary slightly by department, depending on operational needs.)
