Job summary

The Merchandising Data Operations Supervisor at T&T Supermarket Inc. leads the daily activities of the Merchandising Data Team, ensuring SAP product data is accurate and timely. You will guide the team, review data maintenance work, and resolve data issues to support store operations.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in business or related field, 1 year of data or merchandising experience, strong SAP and Excel skills, and excellent communication in English. Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in product data management, merchandising administration, retail administration, or related field.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, including data entry, maintenance, and reporting.
• Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including PivotTables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign daily work to the Merchandising Data Team and follow up on completion.
• Create, update, and maintain product and related data in SAP.
• Review data maintenance work to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company requirements.
• Use Excel to reconcile and analyze data and prepare reports.
• Process data maintenance requests and resolve data discrepancies or errors in SAP.
• Provide day-to-day guidance and support to team members.
• Ensure established data maintenance procedures and workflows are followed.
• Perform other duties and assignments as required.
