Job summary

Match Retail is hiring for a merchandising role in Labrador City, NL, Canada. The position offers a competitive hourly rate of 30$/hr and flexible, part-time hours as an Independent Contractor. You will visit stores, update product sections, install signage, manage stock, and report back to the Nespresso team.

• Must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car.
• Strong customer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships and convey brand messages.
• Good problem solving and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly.
• Ability to self-manage remotely.
• Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out reports.
• Some physical labor required (up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKUs listed by POS.
• Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan.
• Ensure negotiated footprint is respected.
• Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment and minimize stockouts.
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting.
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines.
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
• Provide comprehensive reporting with action items and recommendations for each store visit to the Nespresso team.
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.

About the Role

Match Retail is a leading provider of essential merchandising services across Canada, supporting major retailers and top brands by bringing new product launches to life. Our Merchandising Team visits stores to update product sections, ensuring the latest innovations are perfectly presented.

We work with our clients, Nespresso, and service major retailers.

What You’ll Do:
