Job summary

Match Retail in Canada is seeking an independent contractor merchandiser to cover Digby, NS, with 1–2 hours per month for November and December. You will ensure shelf presence, install promotional signage, and respect the negotiated footprint at POS while supporting Nespresso across stores.

You must have a valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car, plus strong customer focus, time management, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKUs listed by POS.
• Install and tear down promotional signage at POS per national plan.
• Ensure negotiated footprint is respected.
• Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment and minimize stockouts.
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supplies for tasting.
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines.
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines and tasting station.
• Provide comprehensive reporting with action items and recommendations after each store visit.
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.

We work with our clients, Nespresso, and service major retailers.

What You’ll Do

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKU’s listed by point of sale (POS)
• Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan
• Ensures negotiated footprint is respected
• Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out-of-stocks
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
• Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.
