Match Retail, a leading merchandising partner in Canada, seeks an Independent Contractor Merchandiser for Thompson, MB. The role involves visiting stores to maintain shelf presence, install signage, and ensure brand compliance, with reporting to the Nespresso team.

Competitive hourly rate and flexible hours. The position is an Independent Contractor role with remote-friendly work expectations, requiring a valid driver’s license, reliable car, and ability to handle light physical tasks up to 50

• Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out reports.
• Some physical labor required (up to 50 lbs).

Responsabilidades

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKUs listed by POS.
• Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan.
• Ensure negotiated footprint is respected.
• Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment and minimize out-of-stocks.
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting.
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines.
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
• Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team.
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.

About the Role

Match Retail is a leading provider of essential merchandising services across Canada, supporting major retailers and top brands by bringing new product launches to life. Our Merchandising Team visits stores to update product sections, ensuring the latest innovations are perfectly presented.

We work with our clients, Nespresso, and service major retailers.

What You’ll Do:
