Job summary

Match Retail is hiring for a Merchandising role in NB, working as an Independent Contractor. You will visit stores to update product sections, install promotional signage, manage stock, and ensure Nespresso displays are current. Flexible hours and hands-on projects reflect the IC nature of the position.

Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, access to a car, and smartphone with data to upload reports. This role involves light physical work and remote self-management.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car.
• Strong customer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships and convey brand messages.
• Good problem solving and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly.
• Ability to self-manage remotely.
• Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out reports.
• Some physical labor required (up to 50lbs).

Responsibilities

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKUs listed by POS.
• Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan.
• Ensure negotiated footprint is respected.
• Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment and minimize out-of-stocks.
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting.
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines.
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
• Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items and recommendations for each store visit.
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.

About the Role

Match Retail is a leading provider of essential merchandising services across Canada, supporting major retailers and top brands by bringing new product launches to life. Our Merchandising Team visits stores to update product sections, ensuring the latest innovations are perfectly presented.

We work with our clients, Nespresso, and service major retailers.

What You’ll Do:
