Match Retail is seeking a merchandising contractor in Dartmouth, NS to ensure shelf presence, install promotional signage, and manage stock across Nespresso processes. The role supports major retailers with hands-on, in-store merchandising and reporting.

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license, a reliable car, and be able to work remotely with flexible hours. This contract offers autonomy and weekend/holiday site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and access to a reliable car required.
• Strong customer focus and ability to foster lasting relationships and convey brand messages.
• Good problem solving and time management skills.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and friendly.
• Ability to self-manage remotely.
• Must have access to a smartphone with data to upload pictures and fill out reports.
• Some physical labor required (up to 50lbs).

Responsabilités

• Ensure shelf presence of all SKU’s listed by point of sale (POS).
• Install and tear down promotional signage in POS according to national plan.
• Ensures negotiated footprint is respected.
• Manage machine stock in stores to ensure assortment/supply and minimize out-of-stocks.
• Update expired capsule sampler packs and coffee supply for tasting.
• Merchandise display machines and stock per brand guidelines.
• Clean and organize the Nespresso area including machines, displays and tasting station.
• Provide comprehensive reporting, including action items, recommendations, etc. on each store visit to the Nespresso team.
• Be a Brand Ambassador for Nespresso in all assigned retail stores.
