• Lead Store Manager in adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and daily floor leadership.
• Oversee merchandise flow, planograms, and in-stock optimization.
• Drive inventory accuracy, pricing integrity, and shrink reduction.
• Coach and develop team members through onboarding and ongoing training.
• Support asset protection practices and customer-focused execution.
