Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of company policies and standards; maintain store conditions and results.
• Provide MOD coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, unload, sort, and stock flow to sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines for in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and ensure visual merchandising standards.
