Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOPs and Company programs for compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution: unloading, sorting and flow of merchandise to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Execute Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment.
• Oversee Planogram execution and maintain visual merchandising standards.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment including backroom.
• Manage inventory control: accuracy, integrity, and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time across floor and systems.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment and ensure accurate fulfillment.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation and adjustments.
• Manage damages procedures, shrink reduction and reporting.
• Train and coach team members through TM onboarding and development.
• Partner in Asset Protection practices to reduce shrink.
