Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards; hold team accountable for store conditions and results.
• Provide MOD coverage, maintaining floor leadership, service standards, and continuity.
• Lead truck execution processes for timely unloading and merchandise flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership alignment.
• Execute store-in-stock optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Planogram (POG) execution and visual merchandising to company standards.
• Support a clean, organized, customer-ready store environment including backroom and sales floor.
• Manage inventory control, product accuracy and stock movement.
• Execute ad sets with compliant signage and product placement.
• Complete price changes accurately and on time; maintain pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfillment accuracy and efficiency.
• Process RTVs and ASN receiving with proper documentation and inventory adjustments.
• Manage store damages procedures to reduce shrink; train and develop team members.
• Partner in maintaining Asset Protection practices.
