Job summary

Michaels Kamloops, BC is seeking a Merchandise Manager to drive merchandising execution, pricing accuracy, and in-store standards. You will lead planograms, manage truck processing, and ensure a customer-ready store environment through strong workload planning and inventory control.

You will collaborate with store leadership to align staffing, manage inventory, and uphold SOPs, while coaching team members to deliver exceptional service and results in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead store operations and drive standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Oversee truck execution, inventory, and planogram sets.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Manage Store-In-Stock Optimization and replenishment accuracy.
• Oversee Ship from Store fulfilment and RTV/ASN processing.
• Train and develop team members across departments.
• Support asset protection and shrink reduction.
