Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations and merchandising execution, including planogram sets, pricing, and visual standards.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage, maintaining floor leadership and service standards.
• Oversee truck execution, inbound/outbound flow, and stock replenishment to ensure sales readiness.
• Plan workload and daily tasks with store leadership to meet business needs.
• Maintain Store-In-Stock Optimization routines to drive in-stock levels and accuracy.
• Execute ad sets and ensure promotional signage and product placement are customer-focused.
