Qualifications

• 3+ years retail leadership experience.
• Proven ability to lead store operations and merchandising teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading adherence to SOPs and company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies and standards, maintaining store conditions and results.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and maintain floor leadership and service standards.
• Lead truck execution, sorting, and merch flow to the sales floor.
• Own workload planning and daily task prioritization with store leadership.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, replenishment, and in-stock readiness.
• Execute price changes accurately and maintain pricing integrity.
• Oversee Ship from Store and RTV/ASN processes with proper inventory adjustments.
