Job summary

Using Welbi and other tools, you will assess resident engagement across seven wellness dimensions, involve families and volunteers, help create monthly calendars and resident materials, and support safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Diploma in therapeutic recreation or equivalent in senior living/gerontology.
• First Aid and Serving it Right certificates.
• Minimum 1 year in a recreational setting.

Responsibilities

• Empower older adults in Memory Care/Long Term Care to live vibrant, engaged lives.
• Use Welbi and other tools to assess and evaluate resident engagement across wellness dimensions with families and volunteers.
• Develop monthly calendars, newsletters and informational materials for residents.
