Qualifications

• 3-5 years of customer service experience.
• Basic accounting knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Proactive management of escalated member concerns/complaints; investigate, assess needs, and resolve.
• Handle member inquiries, process renewals, and support membership queue for MSR’s.
• Provide administrative support to management.
• Sort and process mail efficiently.
• Manage billing processes (monthly payments, deposits, bank website usage).
• Provide backup coverage to front line staff in branches as needed.
