CAA Niagara is seeking a Member Services Representative to be the face of the organization, delivering friendly in-person and phone support across memberships, insurance, travel programs, and savings initiatives.

The role is fast-paced and varied, requiring flexibility to move between tasks and locations, with opportunities for growth, training, and community involvement; the position is on-site with a Full-Time Contract.
