Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Canada is seeking a welcoming front desk team member to join a fast-growing studio. You will greet guests with energy, present the OTF concept during intros, answer phones, conduct studio tours, and collaborate with trainers to guide new clients through their first workout.

This role offers the chance to sell memberships, support marketing efforts, participate in events, and help keep the studio clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills, face-to-face or written.
• Passion for fitness and helping others achieve goals.
• Ability to work well in a team and engage with members.

Responsibilities

• Welcome studio guests with energy and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to interested customers (intros).
• Answer phones and greet members at the front desk.
• Give studio tours and guide intros through the first workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive; follow up with prospects.
• Address member concerns professionally with a goal of resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.
