Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Canada is hiring a front desk associate to welcome members and guests with energy and knowledge. You will present the OTF concept to interested customers, handle front desk tasks, and conduct studio tours while coordinating with trainers to guide intros through the first workout.

The role emphasizes selling memberships, following up with prospects, and maintaining a clean, welcoming studio. Morning and weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge.
• Present the OTF concept to interested consumers, known as “intros.”
• Work at the front desk answering phones and assisting members.
• Give studio tours to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout.
• Sell memberships to help the studio thrive.
• Follow up on prospective clients.
• Handle members' concerns professionally with the goal of resolution.
• Participate in marketing and outreach events.
• Keep all areas of the studio clean and organized.
