Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness Halifax is seeking a friendly, energetic front desk representative to welcome studio guests and present the OTF concept. You will handle inquiries and tour guests while promoting memberships in a high-energy environment.

You will work at the front desk, answer phones, guide intros with trainers, and help prospects through their first Orangetheory workout. A positive, communicative approach is essential.

Qualifications

• Sales Experience (1+ years)
• Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as intro sessions
• Working at the front desk including answering phones and talking to members
• Giving studio tours
• Working with trainers to guide intros through the first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Following up on prospective clients
• Handling members’ concerns professionally and objectively to resolve issues
• Participating in marketing and outreach events
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
