Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness 10037 in Mississauga is seeking a dynamic front desk associate who thrives in a high-energy fitness environment. You will greet all studio visitors with enthusiasm, present the OTF concept to interested guests, answer phones, give studio tours, and assist trainers to guide intros through their first workout.

You will promote memberships, resolve member concerns professionally, keep the studio clean and organized, and work daytime, evenings and weekends.

• 2+ years in customer service or sales

Here is more of what the position entails:

• Greeting everyone who enters the studio with enthusiasm, energy, and knowledge
• Presenting the OTF concept to any interested consumers, also known as “intros”
• Working at our front desk which includes answering phones and talking to members among other tasks
• Giving studio tours
• Working hand-in-hand with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
• Selling memberships to help the studio thrive
• Handling members’ concerns in a professional and objective manner with the goal of resolution
• Ensuring all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
• Available to work daytime, evenings and weekends
• Must have 2+ years experience in customer service or sales
