Are you passionate about creating exceptional member experiences and building meaningful relationships? Pitt Meadows Golf Club is seeking a Membership Coordinator to support every stage of the membership journey, from first inquiry and club tour to onboarding, engagement, and long-term retention.

This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized, people-focused professional who enjoys combining sales, administration, and member service in a dynamic club environment.

As our Membership Coordinator, you will:

• Guide prospective members through the membership process and showcase the value of club membership
• Coordinate tours, applications, onboarding, and member communications
• Maintain an organized membership pipeline and member records
• Support membership growth initiatives, referral programs, and member events
• Deliver exceptional service while helping members feel welcomed, connected, and engaged in our club community
• Collaborate with departments across the club to ensure a seamless member experience

We're looking for someone with strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality and relationship building. Experience in membership sales, private clubs, hospitality, customer service, or a member-focused environment is considered an asset.
