Job summary

Access Credit Union is seeking a dedicated Member Services Representative to deliver high-quality financial services to existing and potential members. You will process transactions, answer inquiries, and build relationships while promoting the credit union’s products and services.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with attention to detail and proficiency with computer systems.

Qualifications

Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
Post-secondary education in Business Administration or related field is an asset.
Minimum of 1 year of customer/member service experience.
Ability to identify and pursue sales and service opportunities.
Strong interpersonal and written and verbal communication.
Proficient computer skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Process over-the-counter financial services efficiently and professionally.
Balance ATM, night deposits, and cash drawer daily.
Resolve routine member account problems and refer complex issues.
Promote Access Credit Union products and services to members.
Cross-sell products; solicit new members; build business development.
Maintain knowledge of products; adhere to policies and risk management.
Provide exceptional member service and respond to inquiries via in-person, phone, and email.
