Job summary

Access Credit Union in Winnipeg, Manitoba, is seeking a Member Service Representative to deliver high quality financial service to existing and prospective members. You will process transactions, balance cash and ATM activity, and respond to member inquiries with accuracy and care.

You will promote Access products and services, build member relationships, and support team goals while maintaining security and risk controls.

Qualifications

• Must have Grade 12 diploma or equivalent.
• Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
• Minimum 1 year in a customer/member service role.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to identify and act on sales and service opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Process over-the-counter financial services (deposits, withdrawals, loans, payments) accurately.
• Balance ATM, night deposits, and cash drawer daily.
• Resolve routine member issues with care and confidentiality.
• Cross-sell Access Credit Union products and services.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, risk management, and security procedures.
