Job summary

Provincial Credit Union in Alberton, PE is seeking a friendly Member Service Representative to be the first point of contact for members visiting the branch and to process daily transactions such as deposits, withdrawals, and bill payments.

You will help members understand products and services that support their financial goals, delivering a friendly, accurate, and efficient experience while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Customer service experience is a plus; retail/hospitality backgrounds welcomed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.

What You Have:

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma
• Customer service experience is considered an asset; we welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, administrative, and other service-focused backgrounds.

Skills and Abilities

• Experience and eagerness to provide superior customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
• Professional manner and poise, and sensitivity in dealing with confidential information and materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency required in Microsoft Suite and demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
