Job summary

Provincial Credit Union, located in Charlottetown, PEI, is seeking a friendly and motivated Member Service Representative to join our team. You will greet members, handle routine transactions, and guide clients through our financial products to help achieve their goals.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience and strong communication skills, with the ability to stay organized and accurate while processing information sensitive financial data.

What You’ll Do:

What You Have:

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma
• Customer service experience is considered an asset; we welcome applicants from retail, hospitality, administrative, and other service-focused backgrounds.

Skills and Abilities

• Experience and eagerness to provide superior customer service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
• Professional manner and poise, and sensitivity in dealing with confidential information and materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Intermediate proficiency required in Microsoft Suite and demonstrated ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
