Job summary

Provincial Credit Union in Montague, PE is seeking a Member Service Representative for a part-time, 12-month term. You’ll join a people-first, community-focused team dedicated to delivering outstanding member experiences and helping our members grow their financial future.

You’ll provide courteous account services, process transactions, inform members of new services, and maintain knowledge of risk and cash handling guidelines through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Demonstrated experience and eagerness to provide superior customer service.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Suite and ability to adapt to new technologies.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide account services to members in a courteous and professional manner by receiving, processing and recording financial transactions when required.
• Inform members of new services and products that may be beneficial to them and direct them to other staff as appropriate.
• Maintain professional and technical knowledge of the position by completing training and development in all associated risk and cash management guidelines as provided.

Required Education and Experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to process information with high levels of accuracy.
• Professional manner and poise, and sensitivity in dealing with confidential information and materials.

• Salary Range: $23.52 - $25.13 per hour
• This is a part-time 12 month term position with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
