Job summary

Feed Nova Scotia seeks a Network Engagement Coordinator to strengthen relationships within its member network and provide administrative and communications support across the Programs & Services team.

The role includes coordinating memberships, updating information, and delivering timely communications about programs and events, while supporting meetings and knowledge exchanges to enhance network engagement.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in a relevant field such as community development, nonprofit management, communications, administration, social services, or a combination of equivalent education and experience.
• Minimum two-year post-secondary diploma or certificate in a relevant field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Degree considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for member inquiries and redirect to staff as needed.
• Coordinate annual membership renewals and track responses.
• Develop and coordinate timely member communications about programs, events, and expectations.
• Lead logistics planning for regional and other member meetings, online or in person.
• Support coordination and communication for events, knowledge exchanges, and site visits.
• Provide administrative and communications support across Network Programs and Services projects and initiatives.
