Job summary

Mohawk Medbuy Corporation is hiring a full-time Member Relations Specialist to support the Member Engagement team across Canada. The role focuses on cultivating positive interactions and lasting member relationships, working with Account Directors and directors to enhance service quality.

The position requires a post-secondary degree and 4–6 years in supply chain, plus 2 years in customer or member relations. Strong MS Office and ERP experience are preferred, with travel to MMC offices as needed.

Qualifications

• Post secondary degree in business, engineering, management, systems.
• Four (4) to six (6) years’ experience in a supply chain environment.
• 2 years’ experience in customer or member relations management.
• Knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support members in adoption of MMC systems, tools, processes, and services.
• Receive, resolve, and monitor members’ issues promptly, ensuring satisfactory resolutions.
• Communicate with members and Account Directors to gather feedback and understand needs.
• Use member feedback to identify improvements for member satisfaction.
• Prepare training materials and support VPs, Directors in delivery of promotions or trainings.
