Job summary

Movati Athletic (Group) Inc. is hiring a Member Experience Associate (Opener and Closer) in Edmonton. You will engage with guests, promote member programs, and ensure a welcoming, healthy club experience.

The role emphasizes outstanding service across cafe, pro-shop, and events, with opportunities to lead shifts as an opener or closer. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience is considered an asset. Additional certifications or workshops related to customer service is strongly preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a related industry is an asset (retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.)
• Current CPR & First Aid are required and must be maintained through employment

Responsibilities

• Proactively manage and resolve all member concerns, escalating to Management when needed.
• Provide exceptional customer service to retail operations (café and pro-shop).
• Ensure cleaning duties are completed and maintained in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, products, and services, and promote them to club members.
• Responsible for all sales transactions.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately and promptly with 5-star customer service.
• Assist with member experience events throughout the club as needed.
• Open and close shift responsibilities as required.
