Job summary

Movati Athletic Inc. in Edmonton is seeking a Member Experience Associate to create a welcoming, comfortable and healthy environment for our members. You will engage guests and ensure an outstanding experience from the moment they walk in.

You will promote services, manage member concerns, support café and pro-shop operations, keep facilities clean and safe, and process sales with five-star service. The club offers flexible hours, free uniform, complimentary membership and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience is considered an asset.
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a related industry is an asset (i.e. retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.).
• Current CPR & First Aid are required and must be maintained through employment.

Responsibilities

• Promote outstanding customer service practices and strive to continuously improve the member experience.
• Proactively manage and resolve all member concerns, and escalate serious concerns to the Management team for resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to retail operations (cafe and pro-shop).
• Ensure cleaning duties are completed and maintained in a safe and timely manner.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, products, and services, and promote them to club members.
• Responsible for all sales transactions.
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately, diligently and promptly with consistent 5 Star customer service.
• Assist with member experience events throughout the club as needed.

Role

The compensation will be determined based on experience, skills set, education and training, and other organizational needs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of customer service experience in a related industry is an asset (i.e. retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.)
• Current CPR & First Aid are required and must be maintained through employment
