Qualifications

• 18 years old or older

• Six months face-to-face customer service experience in a retail environment or 1-year fitness experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet members in a confident, professional and friendly manner.
• Anticipate members' needs and acknowledge all members.
• Provide gracious and efficient telephone service with accurate information.
• Resolve customer concerns using strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Maintain club cleanliness for up to 50% of the shift.
• Handle payments, give change and receipts.
• Promote products and special promotions to drive revenue.
• Answer questions about business procedures and policies clearly and politely.
