Stride Credit Union in Austin, MB is seeking a Member Experience Associate to put members first and deliver an outstanding experience. You’ll cash cheques, process deposits and transfers, and spot opportunities to add value for members.

You’ll build relationships, combine sales and service, and educate members on online banking and mobile apps while collaborating with the team to meet financial needs. Training is provided, with a focus on member well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering exceptional member service.
• Ability to build relationships with diverse members and provide straightforward financial guidance.
• Strong teamwork and daily collaboration with colleagues.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills; comfortable with technology and digital channels.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with members in-branch and deliver outstanding service by meeting initial needs and exploring future opportunities.
• Balance friendly sales with proactive problem solving to deepen member relationships.
• Educate members on online banking and mobile channels to enhance their experience.
• Collaborate with Stride team members to meet members' financial needs and enhance service delivery.
• Continue to strengthen understanding of how Stride Credit Union supports member financial well-being.
