Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional member service as the first point of contact.
• Process cash and non-cash transactions and account updates.
• Promote Servus products and services and refer to specialists when needed.
• Resolve routine issues and escalate complex questions.
• Uphold safety, privacy and policy requirements.
• Support branch operations including audits and reports.
