Job summary

Movati Athletic is seeking a dedicated Member Experience Associate in Ontario to deliver outstanding customer service at the club cafe and pro-shop. You will promote programs and services, manage member questions, and support events while ensuring a clean, welcoming environment.

The role requires CPR/First Aid, high school diploma or equivalent, and night/weekend shifts. Competitive compensation includes benefits after 3 months and a complimentary membership.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are preferred.
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a related industry is an asset (i.e. retail, hospitality, leisure, fitness, etc.)
• Current CPR & First Aid are required and must be maintained through employment
• Must be able to work Night Shifts and weekend shifts

• Proactively manage and resolve member concerns, and escalate serious concerns to the Management team for resolution
• Provide exceptional customer service to cafe and pro-shop operations
• Ensure cleaning duties are completed and maintained in a safe and timely manner
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of programs, products, and services, and promote them to club members
• Responsible for all sales transactions
• Complete all administrative tasks accurately, diligently and promptly with consistent 5 Star customer service
• Assists with member experience events throughout the club as needed

Role

Our Member Experience Associate is responsible for promoting outstanding customer service practices and striving to continuously improve the member experience. You will also:

Ontario: Hourly wage range: $17.60 - $23.00/hour.

• The posting is for an existing, currently open position.

The compensation will be determined based on experience, skills set, education and training, and other organizational needs.
